Things for Families to do in September

Liverpool Loop Line cycle track

Liverpool’s Loop Line is part of the Trans-Pennine Trail, a 344km national coast-to-coast cycle and walking route, crossing the country from Southport to Hornsea. The majority of the journey is traffic free for walking and cycling, and is suitable for families and people with disabilities.

Get involved in Liverpool’s Year of Health and Wellbeing with a walk or bike ride around the Loop Line, running from Halewood to Aintree, passing through some of Liverpool’s greenest areas, including Croxteth Hall and Country Parkand Walton Hall Park. You can get more information about cycle routes and hiring bikes from Liverpool Bicycle Co-Op, at http://www.liverpool-bicycle.co.uk
