Albert Dock Apartments by The Roscoe Collection offer guests stylish comfortable accommodation in a quiet location directly adjacent to the Grade 1 Listed Albert Dock and just one minutes walk from the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre and within easy reach of all that Liverpool has to offer.

Each apartment has been finished to a high standard and offers a range of facilities making them ideal for both business and leisure visitors.

Accommodation

Each apartment offers a range of facilities including:

• Spacious living and dining areas
• Flat Screen Televisions and DVD Players
• Fully fitted kitchens with oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and plenty of cutlery, crockery, and utensils
• Bathrooms with bath tubs and power showers and towels for each member of the party
• Comfortable bedrooms featuring beds made with Egyptian Cotton bedding
• Baby cots are available upon request at no extra charge
• Cleaning prior to arrival and upon departure is included in all rates.   A daily made service is available for an extra charge.   For stays of seven days and longer a weekly cleaning and linen change service is included.
• Secure on site car parking is also available at a rate of £10.00 per 24 hour period.

Location

Our Albert Dock Apartments are located at Royal Quay, directly adjacent to the main Grade 1 Listed Albert Dock Complex with its range of bars, restaurants, shops and museums including the Liverpool Tate, The Liverpool Maritime Museum, and the Liverpool Slavery Museum.   The Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre are also just a moments walk away.

Within a couple of minutes walk you will find shopping, cinemas, bars and restaurants at Liverpool One.   Additional shopping on Church Street and Lord Street along with wide range of bars and restaurants in and around Concert Square, Seel Street / The Ropewalks, Matthew Street, and trendy Victoria and Castle Streets are all within ten minutes walk of the apartments as are the Anglican and Catholic Cathedrals, both John Moores University and the University of Liverpool, and the World Heritage Waterfront.

Lime Street Railway Station is just five minutes journey by taxi and Liverpool John Lennon Airport is just 15 minutes away.   Football stadia at Anfield (Liverpool FC) and Goodison Park (Everton FC) are both just ten minutes by car, however travelling times may vary on match days.
