Tel : 0151 7005 3005

Opening Times:

Mon – Sat 12:00 – 23:00

Sun 12:00 – 22:30

Liverpool has always been a cosmopolitan city and this multi-cultural nature of the area is reflected in the variety of establishments that adorn the high street. One such place is the fantastic Sapporo Teppanyaki Restaurant, the only teppenyaki/Japanese restaurant in the city.

For the uninitiated, a teppenyaki restaurant is when you sit around a specially trained show chef, who cooks for you a variety of Japanese food, including sushi, and will entertain and inform you with stories and explain how he is putting the delicacies together for you.

It is an ideal venue for a family meal, with a range of options on the menu. From the teppayaki set menu, the Banzai option (£28 per head) of namasu salad, miso wakame soup, peppercorn salmon, sirloin steak, grilled vegetables, fried rice, Sapporo potatoes and fruit salad is particularly enticing. However you can opt to select individual dishes from an extensive menu if you prefer.

Japanese food can be something of an acquired taste, but the welcome, service and friendliness of the staff at the restaurant mean this is a special place and one really worth considering on your visit to Liverpool.
